Dream-Con has something for everyone, whether your a professional or a hobbyist in the field of sleep or dreams. It will take place September 7th, 2021 at Mt. Washington Conference Center and will feature top researchers and psychologists talking about generic to niche parts of sleep.
Clinical psychologist and diplomate of the American Board of Sleep Medicine, Dr. Michael J. Breus, talks about our sleeping ‘chronotype’. This refers to our natural cycle of when we’re most awake and most tired within a day. He classifies these chronotypes as the bear, the wolf, the lion, and the dolphin.
